Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Systems Integration Specialist to join our team at Northrop Grumman Corp. (AU). This role involves working on cutting-edge technology and capabilities, applying control systems engineering techniques in a specific fashion on strategically important national defense programs.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in SCADA software development, data communications with third-party equipment, and specification, design, and testing of solutions for SCADA systems and operating systems using RedHat Linux.
  • A strong background in high-level programming languages such as VB, C#/C++, Oracle/SQL database administration, and interfacing is required.
  • Hands-on knowledge of RedHat Linux operating systems is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in control systems software development, with a focus on SCADA systems.
  • Strong understanding of data communications protocols and experience with third-party equipment.
  • Proficiency in high-level programming languages, database administration, and RedHat Linux operating systems.

Salary and Benefits

This position comes with an estimated salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
