Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales team in the Yorkshire region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and office teams to ensure seamless communication and effective sales processes.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Design and implement sales areas, including show homes, to showcase our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous marketing experience and a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fully conversant in Microsoft software applications.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
