Job Title: Primary School Teacher

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team in a temporary capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and be able to deliver engaging lessons to students.

Job Type:

This is a temporary position, with the option to become permanent in the future. The successful candidate will work full-time hours and be based in England, Greater London, Romford.

£140 - £220 Per day

Job Duties:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of Key Stage 1 students
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and well-being
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all learners
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with best practices in education
Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field

Experience:

Previous experience teaching Key Stage 1 students is highly desirable

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and educational standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including those with special educational needs
  • Effective classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)

Working Conditions:

This role involves working with young children in a school setting, requiring the ability to adapt to different learning styles and abilities within the classroom. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position, with the option to become permanent in the future.
