About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teach360. As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with challenging behaviours and special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist students in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis, providing academic support and promoting engagement.
  • Support students with challenging behaviours, using effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualised learning plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, helping them to develop self-awareness and self-regulation skills.
Requirements
  • Experience working with students with challenging behaviours or special educational needs.
  • Previous classroom experience, preferably in a school or school-like setting.
  • Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to act quickly in situations.
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively as part of a team.
