About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Game Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of F1 Clash and working closely with the Creative Director to ensure the successful execution of our business strategy.

You will use your strong analytical skills to monitor game performance, understand the interactions between UA performance and game performance, and help make data-informed decisions to balance the needs of the business vs the needs of the players.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor game performance, understand the interactions between UA performance and game performance, and help make data-informed decisions to balance the needs of the business vs the needs of the players.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure the successful execution of our business strategy.
  • Oversee the use of Live ops and CRM to maximise their potential.
  • Be a key part of ensuring that ambitions for the game can be translated into effective and achievable tasks for the team.

Requirements:

  • An experienced Game Director or Lead Product Manager with multiple shipped mobile F2P games under your belt - you have direct experience of success and failure and can talk about both in depth.
  • Driven by commercial success.
  • A strong understanding of games-as-a-service, F2P and monetisation.
  • A laser focus on always moving things forward, breaking strategies into a tactical plan and ensuring delivery against that.
  • A passion for F1 is desirable but, as a minimum, you need to be excited and motivated by the prospect of immersing yourself in the F1 universe, developing a deep appreciation for why players care about this content and the opportunities that exist around it.
