About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join our team in a prison healthcare setting. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating a range of MSK pathologies, including complex and chronic presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based care to patients, listening to their feedback and acting on it to personalise their care.
  • Deliver non-judgmental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries.
  • Work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for your own caseload and waiting list.
  • Forge strong working relationships with the healthcare team and the wider prison service.
  • Promote best practice, evidence-based care, and continuous quality improvement.

  • HCPC registration.
  • Post-graduate MSK work experience.
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills.
  • Ability to work as an autonomous practitioner.
