Main Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, behaviour management, and emotional support.
- Establish strong relationships with residents, demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding in all interactions.
- Collaborate with senior and nursing team members to develop and implement care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for residents.
- Participate in learning and development programs to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Engage residents in activities, promoting mental stimulation, socialization, and emotional well-being.
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques, prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Home Manager.
