About Our Client:
We are working with an innovative agricultural business based in Cambridgeshire, East Anglia. This large-scale, commercial farming business offers employees the chance to grow and develop in a progressive and supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Monitor potato crops and maintain close relationships with growers. Conduct seed crop inspections and discuss contracts. Oversee food safety and ensure compliance. Provide technical expertise in customer relations and support. Help manage stores, planting, irrigation, pest control, and more.
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for someone with strong experience in agricultural management, ideally with a background in potatoes. FACTS & BASIS qualifications would be beneficial. A full UK driving license is essential for this role. You'll need to be comfortable with data management, food safety documentation, and crop inventories. Full training will be provided.
