We are seeking an experienced Education Support Worker to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an Education Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational needs of our students. The successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people who require additional support, and possess a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £20,821.65 to £22,715.15 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Support students' academic and SEMH needs
  • Deliver a differentiated curriculum to meet the needs of students with SEMH requirements
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide specific interventions to enhance students' personal development

Required Qualifications and Experience
GCSE grade A-C (or equivalent) in English and maths, and a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or willingness to obtain this. Experience of successfully working with children and young people who have SEMH needs.
