As a skilled Site Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on the Water Framework across the Teesside Region as part of our client's civil engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising assistant engineers, ensuring that drawings and specification documents contain sufficient information for construction, and providing accurate setting out for works. You will also communicate with foremen and gangers to ensure understanding of information provided, arrange formal checking of setting out, complete inspection and test plans, and keep accurate daily site diaries. Additionally, you will prepare 4-weekly programmes and provide accurate measurements for materials required.

Responsibilities and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 12 years' work experience in civil engineering. You should have strong technical skills, including maintenance of high personal safety and environmental standards, supervision of assistant engineers, and provision of accurate setting out for works. Strong interpersonal skills are also essential, including communication with foremen and gangers, arrangement of formal checking of setting out, completion of inspection and test plans, and keeping accurate daily site diaries. Furthermore, you should have administrative skills, including preparation of 4-weekly programmes and provision of accurate measurements for materials required.

Estimated Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
