Job Description:

As the Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and manage the kitchen team in their absence. You will maintain kitchen organisation, staff training opportunities, and assist with menu creation. Your role will involve preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in a timely manner using fresh, seasonal ingredients for the restaurant, bar, and Conference & Banqueting areas.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have previous hotel experience and a fresh food background. Good leadership skills are essential, as you will oversee all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and company standards are met.
