The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the senior leadership team to measure business outcomes and how value is flowing through the change system. They will also help to articulate and measure business outcomes and value flow.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned data analyst to join our team and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the business in measuring business outcomes by collating and analysing data across all elements of the end-to-end change delivery 'system'.
  • Gather leading and lagging measure data and provide consolidated data at the required cadence to support the business to inspect and adapt on their defined business plan outcome hypotheses.
  • Provide insights into what the data is showing and work effectively with the business to measure the impact of agreed experiments to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills including experience of turning data into insights.
  • Appreciation of Lean / Agile principles and methods.
  • Experienced at building relationships with and managing senior stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme and annual leave.
