East Dunbartonshire Council is seeking a skilled and dedicated School Care Specialist Teacher to join their team at Turnbull High School. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pastoral care to students, promoting academic achievement, and contributing to the school community.

Job Description

This temporary position is available to cover maternity leave for six months or until the current post holder returns. The salary will be pro-rated for part-time and term-time hours.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with young people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents.

  • Ability to work as part of a team

The successful candidate will be expected to meet the cost of the relevant PVG check, which will be deducted from their first salary payment.
