Welder Craftsman

The HireWorks Ltd is currently recruiting for a Welder Craftsman to work in Mildenhall. The role is a full-time position with the possibility of going permanent. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 6am, 7am or 8am to 4pm, 5pm or 6pm with occasional overtime availability. A late shift option is also available, working from 4pm to 2am.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, which is dependent on experience. Hourly rate is estimated at around £18-£22 per hour based on national averages and industry standards in the UK.

Key responsibilities include welding metal components together using various techniques, including MIG and TIG welding. You will be working as part of a team to deliver high-quality products to our clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience as a welder, preferably in a similar industry. You should be physically fit, able to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are also essential for this position.
