Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include twice-weekly payroll services, specialist recruitment support, and access to training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with other departments and external agencies to provide support and plans for young people.
  • Coach and develop staff to maximize performance and meet high standards of care.
  • Assist with budget preparation and control.
Requirements
  • Professional social work qualification (QCF level 3 or working towards).
  • 1 year residential care experience.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Enhanced DBS.
