Job Summary:

The Royal Holloway University of London is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Volunteering Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Careers Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the student-facing Volunteering Hub space, managing the hub assistant team, and supporting national initiatives and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Royal Holloway Volunteering team
  • Coordinate the student-facing Volunteering Hub space
  • Manage the hub assistant team
  • Support the Volunteering Graduate Intern
  • Coordinate events, including the Royal Holloway Volunteer Awards and national initiatives

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK or leave to remain in the UK
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
