Job Summary

Campingland Surgery is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the transformation and modernization of care pathways. This is a full or part-time opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice, education, and support to staff, patients, families, and carers.
  • Practice autonomously as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to deliver patient-centered clinical care, including advanced clinical assessment, examination, diagnosis, and treatment within a defined scope of practice.
  • Support the development of new ways of working to enhance efficiency and patient focus, ensuring safe treatment, referral, and discharge of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed presentations.
  • Lead the development of clinical practice and standards of care within the service, including the creation of policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines in collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Professional registration with a relevant professional body (NMC, HCPC, or GPhC)
  • Post-graduate qualification in a specific specialty or equivalent experience
  • Post-registration experience at a senior level (Band 7 or above) in the specialty area
