Role Overview
At Frasers Group, we're seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketplace Growth Strategist to join our Digital Commercial Growth team. This exciting opportunity involves working with external marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay to drive revenue growth and enhance our brand and product visibility.

About the Role
As a Digital Marketplace Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of marketplaces concurrently and strategically to drive sustainable growth. You will also monitor account performance, acquire and submit paperwork on an ad hoc basis, and provide operational support. Key responsibilities include ensuring products launch accurately and on time, optimising product content to increase visibility, building relationships with marketplace agencies, planning and executing PPC Amazon/eBay advertising campaigns, and producing business recommendations by interpreting brand and product performance data.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketplace account management or e-commerce trading assistant experience. Strong organisational skills, including prioritisation, scheduling, and time management are essential. You should be able to build strong relationships across multiple functions internally and externally, analyse and interpret data to achieve effective results, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel to process large data sets. Self-motivation and a willingness to learn new skills, tools, and processes are also required.
