Job Title: Band 5 Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Ludlow, England. As a Band 5 Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide constant monitoring and care for patients in a seriously ill or unstable condition.
  • Actively support emergency admissions, planned admissions, and post-surgery patients and their families.
  • Take blood, fit a cannula, and undertake patient observations as needed.
  • Write care plans, perform assessments, and make referrals.
Requirements:
  • Quick thinking abilities and patience in stressful situations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and empathize with patients and their families.
  • Desire to learn and improve, with a strong commitment to patient care.
