Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair a wide range of safety valves and associated pressure safety devices, ensuring they operate within required tolerances.
  • Set valves to precise specifications, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on isolation valves, including gate valves, parallel slide valves, and ball valves.
  • Conduct pressure testing on valves and associated equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including regular safety checks of tools and equipment.
  • Enter valve data into the Valve Management database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Promote the company's Core Values in all work-related activities, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering is highly desirable.
  • Must possess an in-date CCNSG Safety Passport, as on-site work may be required.
