Management Accountant Opportunity

Lancaster-based insurance group seeks an experienced Management Accountant to join their expanding accounts function. As a key member of the FP&A team, you will be responsible for producing timely and accurate management accounts, month-end management, and all reporting responsibilities to the board.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to analyze business performance and provide insightful commentary
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting and analysis processes
  • Assist with forecasting and budgeting
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare for year-end audit
  • Improve current systems and processes to enhance efficiency

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned management accountant to take full control of the efficiency and production of month-end accounts. If you have experience in producing management accounts and are either part-qualified or qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA, we encourage you to apply.
