Compliance and Risk Management Associate

This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Compliance and Risk Management Associate. You will be responsible for conducting RAC assignments, confirming consignee compliance with recall notifications, and determining if consignees have removed recalled products from sale and properly disposed of them.
Responsibilities- Conduct RAC assignments by visiting assigned consignees or making telephone calls as described in the RAC assignment memo.
- Confirm consignees have received and followed instructions in recall notifications.
- Determine if consignees have removed recalled products from sale, corrected them, and properly disposed of them.
- Determine if consignees further distributed the product or created new products.
- Must be reliable and have valid driver's license.
- Previous experience with site investigations and audits preferred.
- Must complete a background check (federal standards).
- Valid driver's license and reliable method of transportation required.
