Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machines to produce high-quality products on time with minimal waste.
  • Support the Production Manager in developing and improving production processes.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met by following job specification sheets.
  • Perform in-process checks and record results to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Package and label products according to customer requirements.
  • Ensure despatch and loading needs are met.

Requirements

  • Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.

Working Conditions

Work on a rotational day/night basis, 4 on and 4 off, 12-hour shifts. Own transport is required as the site is not near any major transport links.

What We Offer

Initial £11.63ph wage rate applies to all candidates (£25,460). Addition levels achievable for the right candidates with remuneration for moving up to these levels.
