About the Role

The Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking an exceptional Beverage Specialist to join our team at The Grand, York. As a key member of our Food and Beverage operation, you will be responsible for delivering memorable guest experiences and supporting your team in a luxury and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and thrive within the scope of the F&B operation
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through knowledge and skills in bar operations
• Support your team in a luxury and fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate knowledge around classical and modern cocktails and beverages
