Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and comprehensive property valuations for potential sellers

• Serve as a brand ambassador, operating in a designated territory and engaging with customers throughout their journey

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and drive growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property sales or valuation, with a strong understanding of the local market

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

• Strong knowledge of property valuation principles and practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability

• A full and clean UK driving license, with a reliable vehicle for business use
