As a Therapeutic Education Professional at Ruskin Mill Trust, you will play a vital role in delivering educational programs that cater to students' diverse needs. Working closely with the Biodynamic Land team, you will develop and implement curricula that promote practical skills, emotional resilience, and holistic support.

• Develop and deliver education programs aligned with PSTE principles.

• Monitor student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions.
• Contribute to the development of staff training and capacity-building initiatives.

• Teaching qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of working with students with special needs.
• Practical skills in animal husbandry and farm management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Estimated annual salary: £28,000 - £40,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience).
