We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Mapping Operational Design Specialist to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our Springboard Programme, you will play a crucial role in creating a central repository for regulatory compliance.

About the Role:

This 6-month fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading sustainable bank, focusing on operational design and process optimization. You will be responsible for developing processes, risk management, and resource allocation strategies to ensure seamless embedding of regulatory mapping into Business as Usual (BAU).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement RACI matrices for embedding and maintaining regulatory mapping across 1st and 2nd lines
  • Sizing resources and time required to manage this effort, including recommendations for optimal absorption
  • Review market options for tooling beyond Excel to control regulatory mapping data, updates, and changes
  • Evaluate implementation options or establish controls within an Excel solution
About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have expertise in operational model and process design, with experience in regulatory requirements and their practical application in banking environments. A high level of understanding of potential tooling options is also essential.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and expertise, you will receive a competitive salary between £54,500 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus access to our extensive benefits package.
