Store Manager

Location: Leicester
Hours per Week: 20 hours with the opportunity to work more hours
Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary: £12.25 - £12.40 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Supervisor to join our team in Leicester. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 1+ years of retail experience, a passion for developing your own skills to enhance others, and a love for the products we sell. You will also need to be able to work flexibly and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
