Job Title: PR Campaign Manager

Premier Resourcing is seeking an experienced Account Director to manage client accounts and drive PR campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-level campaign plans, maintaining top-tier media relationships, and exceeding client expectations.

About the Role
As an Account Director, you'll oversee PR strategies that deliver standout results, foster strong relationships, and exceed client expectations. You'll lead and mentor account teams, devise and execute campaign plans, and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring campaign plans align with and exceed business goals.
  • Lead account teams to deliver impactful campaigns and meet KPIs.
  • Foster client trust as their primary advisor, addressing concerns proactively and maintaining exceptional service.
  • Secure tier-one media coverage and build strong relationships with influential journalists, editors, and analysts.
  • Develop innovative ideas through team brainstorms, ensuring accounts remain fresh and results-driven.
  • Oversee team capacity and performance, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Drive upselling opportunities for existing clients and contribute to new business pitches.
  • Represent clients at trade shows and events, building industry connections and enhancing visibility.

About You
You're an experienced Account Director who excels at building relationships and driving strategic campaigns. With a deep understanding of the media landscape and a passion for technology, you thrive on leading teams and delivering outstanding results.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven success in leading and growing client accounts across B2B and B2C PR.
  • Strong industry connections with senior journalists and media outlets.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
  • Outstanding time management and capacity planning, aligned with client KPIs.
  • Expertise in pitching and presenting to clients, including C-level executives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, 25 days of annual leave, flexible working options, private healthcare, company pension, and an annual bucket list scheme.

£97,500 annually.
