Law Staff Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Tax & Trusts Solicitor to join our team in Cambridge, Peterborough, Nottingham, or Bristol. As a key member of our Private Client team, you will be responsible for a broad and varied caseload, including creating settlements, managing and administering trusts, and providing specialist tax advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of trust settlements, trust administration, and associated specialist tax advice.
  • Work closely with the Partners in the department to deliver on agreed cases and support business development.
  • Proactively attract work according to the needs of the firm and deliver individual targets with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of PQE in Private Client tax and trusts.
  • Strong legal skills and practical experience in Private Client.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Working knowledge of case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
