About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our Not for Profit team at a leading Top 30 firm of Chartered Accountants. As an Audit Senior, you will be responsible for delivering audit and accountancy services to a diverse range of clients, including schools, charities, academies, and not for profit organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality audit and accountancy services to clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assignments.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Not for Profit team, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or nearly qualified with a strong background in audit and accounts experience gained within an accountancy practice environment.
  • Proven experience as an Audit Senior or Executive, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £44,000 - £46,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
