The Role

This dynamic and fast-moving environment requires a skilled Transaction Tax Manager to work closely with clients of all sizes in various industries, leveraging their expertise in transactions ranging from small family-owned business acquisitions to high-profile deals. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, and proactively managing existing clients while supporting the acquisition of new ones.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate must be ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA qualified or an experienced Tax Inspector with Transaction Tax exposure. Strong communication skills are essential for building and maintaining client relationships, as well as supporting and coaching junior staff.
