Job Summary

As a Financial Analysis Manager at Valeo Foods UK, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of FP&A in completing key group reporting, including international sales, intercompany sales, and continuous improvement project tracking. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the production of insightful, timely, and accurate historical and future financial reporting for both internal UKLT and Group MMR PowerPoint Board reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the production of financial reports, including historical and future financial performance, and support the completion of the financial forecast, budget, and strategic long-term planning process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Valeo Group FP&A team and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Manage the completion of insightful weekly current month P&L view to EBITDA for all elements of the UK division.
  • Complete ad-hoc analysis as required and provide clear communication with Finance Teams where input is needed.
  • Support the Head of FP&A in completing key group reporting, including international sales, intercompany sales, and continuous improvement project tracking.
Requirements

  • Strong forward planning approach.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to apply logic in resolving issues.
  • Reliable and resilient.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus.
  • Ability to have the end user in mind when considering reporting outputs.
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA) with supporting professional experience.
  • Proven track record of effectively supporting and influencing stakeholders and providing a full 'business partnering service'.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
  • Extremely strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Good IT skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrable track record in a reporting and forward planning role.
