Job Summary:

The People Pod is seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Window Fitter to join our team. As a key member of our window fitting team, you will be responsible for assisting experienced window fitters in the installation of windows and doors.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced window fitters in the removal and installation of windows and doors.
  • Take measurements for new fittings and make any necessary adjustments.
  • Repair and replace products as requested by customers.
  • Clear away materials left after a job is completed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fitting windows, doors, and conservatories in UPVC or general building work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Trustworthiness and reliability.
  • Health and Safety awareness.
  • Valid driving license.
