Workshops Instructor Leader:

The Ministry of Defence invites applications for the position of Workshops Instructor Leader, responsible for leading teams of instructors and developing high-quality training programs that meet the evolving needs of Military students.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a team of instructors and contribute to the success of our Defence engineering initiatives. As a Workshops Instructor Leader, you will be accountable for managing instructor performance, coordinating training delivery, and implementing quality assurance measures.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a strong background in workshops engineering, who can demonstrate their expertise through relevant qualifications or experience. Experience in a military engineering environment and familiarity with workshops engineering management practices and trade policy are desirable. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate and develop others, and a passion for driving excellence in Defence engineering.

We'll assess your leadership, developing self and others, and communicating and influencing skills during the selection process. You will also sit a workshops engineering trade multiple-choice examination paper from the appropriate TG5 workshops engineering syllabus and deliver a 15–20-minute presentation as a lesson on a TG5 workshops engineering subject.
