Year 2 Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 2 Teacher to join our team at a great school in Surrey, England. As a Year 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to Year 2 students, ensuring their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 2 students.
- Implement effective teaching strategies to inspire and motivate students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behavior and positive relationships.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Year 2 students in a primary school setting.
- Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest educational practices.
