About the Job: We're currently seeking a skilled Sourcing Expert to join our team at Employment Solutions Limited. As a key contributor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting purchasing and procurement activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sage 200 Utilisation: Use Sage 200 to place and track orders effectively.
• Cost-Saving Initiatives: Source competitive quotes and select suitable suppliers to implement cost-saving measures.
• Order Progress Alignment: Collaborate with Project Team and Operations Manager to ensure alignment on order progress.
• Purchase Order Processing: Process spares orders and purchase orders, handling delivery logistics and packaging.

Requirements:

• Engineering Buyer Experience: Proven experience as an Engineering Buyer is required.
• SAGE 200 Knowledge: Experience using SAGE 200 is highly advantageous.
• Negotiation and Supplier Management: Strong negotiation and supplier management skills are essential.
