About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Test Centre Administrator in Lincoln. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of exams and tests at our Test Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and check-in customers, verifying their personal identification documents and explaining the exam process.
  • Comply with exam testing security procedures and company policies, using careful judgment to ensure a secure and fair testing environment.
  • Proctor and invigilate candidates during exams, maintaining a professional and impartial demeanor.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments, such as our IT team, to resolve any problems that may arise.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including sanitizing equipment and maintaining a clean and comfortable testing environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of customers. You should also be highly organized and able to multitask, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
