About the Role:
Project Start Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to join our client's team. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality installation, service, and maintenance work at customer sites in accordance with company engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, service, and maintenance work on refrigeration equipment, ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures and maintaining compliance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing clear communication, information, and guidance while on-site.
- Identify and suggest improvements for site safety, plant reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Take a proactive approach to continuous professional development, expanding expertise in systems, components, and emerging technologies.
Desirable Skills:
- Specialized experience in the maintenance and servicing of refrigeration equipment.
- Experience with HFC systems, CO2, and NH3 systems.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £40,000 to £65,000, depending on experience, plus bonus and choice of car or van.
- Career progression opportunities with the potential to top up base salary between 10-20%.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 35 days inclusive of bank holidays, a very good pension, twice-yearly salary reviews, private medical insurance, and life assurance.
