Job Description

Care Support Worker (Personal Assistant)

Location: Orkney.
Salary: £40,606 per annum FTE based on working 39 hours / week with 2 x overnight support / week.
Contract: Full or Part Time including flexible working - we are happy to accommodate other commitments.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Enable Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes or community settings.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Support individuals with their personal goals and aspirations.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a care or support role.
