About the Role:
We are seeking a part-time Homecare Assistant to provide care and support to people living in Killingworth (NE12).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care that protects individuals' dignity and promotes their well-being.
  • Connect people to their communities, ensuring they have access to local support and services.
  • Deliver personalized care through individual choice and control.

Estimated Salary: £19,500 - £21,500 per annum, depending on experience, paid weekly or bi-weekly.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: relevant NVQs or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience: previous experience in care and support, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
