Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Support Advisor / Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant team in our Jesmond practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all patients.
- Manage front of house reception duties, including scheduling appointments and handling patient queries.
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, demonstrating a positive attitude and empathetic approach.
- Contribute to the development of a collaborative and inclusive team environment, celebrating success and having fun.

Requirements

- Previous front of house reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting)
- A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organized
- The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment
- Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and exceptional standards of care
