About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Subcontract Manager Expert to join our team at Raytheon UK. This role involves directing all phases of the subcontract from initiation to contract closure, performing cost and price analysis, and developing negotiation strategies. The successful candidate will have experience in managing costs, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance requirements for subcontractors.

The selected individual will contribute to competitive tendering and subcontract management activity, engage with subcontractors to support new business pursuits, and continually assess and promote sustainable and responsible procurement practices. They will also work with a diverse team and utilize project management skills and techniques when managing suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Direct all phases of the subcontract from initiation to contract closure.
  2. Perform cost and price analysis, develop negotiation strategies, and lead negotiations.
  3. Contribute to competitive tendering and subcontract management activity.
  4. Engage with subcontractors to support new business pursuits.
