About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute payroll operations with precision using SAGE software.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that every detail is correct and every query is handled promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
  • Stay ahead of regulations and ensure our practices are compliant with all laws and standards.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve our processes, making them more efficient and employee-friendly.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably with SAGE software expertise.
  • Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for accuracy and a commitment to getting it right the first time.
  • Proficiency with SAGE software and ease in navigating systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
