Senior Practitioner

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to lead our team of wellbeing practitioners in delivering evidence-based interventions for children and young people experiencing mental health difficulties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, developing and implementing therapeutic interventions, and working closely with our link workers and counsellors to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical supervision to our team of wellbeing practitioners
* Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children and young people
* Work closely with our link workers and counsellors to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with local agencies and services
* Ensure that all interventions are delivered in a safe and effective manner
Requirements:
* Professional registration with a recognised National Body (HCPC, NMC, BACP, BABCP, BASW, TRA)
* Significant post-qualification experience in a mental health setting
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage a caseload
* Up-to-date knowledge of CYP emotional wellbeing and early mental health clinical evidence-based practice
