Job Title: Experienced Medical Doctor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Doctor to join our team for up to 6 sessions per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general practice and be looking to take on a challenging and rewarding role.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care through a range of consultation methods, including telephone triage, video consultations, and face-to-face appointments.
  • Work closely with the clinical team, administration staff, and management to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
  • Represent the practice at local level, contributing to service redesign and improvement initiatives.
Practice Details:
  • Circa 5000 patients under management, with a diverse range of medical needs.
  • CQC rated 'GOOD' overall, reflecting our commitment to quality care.
  • GMS contract in place, ensuring stable funding for our services.
  • Tier 2 sponsorship available for eligible candidates.
Session Information:
  • Flexible session rate available, allowing you to balance your workload effectively.
  • 6 sessions per week, with a mix of morning and afternoon sessions.
  • Average 15 patients per clinical session, with opportunities for triage and consultation.
Requirements:
  • General Practitioner qualification and GMC registration required.
  • At least 6 months post CCT experience, with a strong understanding of general practice principles.
Salary:

£90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
