Care and Development Assistant

Key Job Functions:- Provide person-centered support in daily living activities, encouraging independence and autonomy.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.

- A high school diploma is required; certification in healthcare or social work is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in supporting individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience are essential for this role.
- A competitive salary of around £29,000 - £33,000 per year, with performance-based bonuses.
