Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Care Team
- Drive and run the unit alongside clinical duties in the home
- Provide clinical guidance to the care team and deliver best practice continually
- Resident Care
- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident
- Team Development
- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals
