Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide field/remote clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.
  2. Attend cases face to face/ remotely with our customer and advise physicians on clinical attributes / techniques associated with our products.
  3. Ensure timely collection, reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to our procedural device operation.
  4. Support the team to achieve projected sales goals and increase sales revenues.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of hospital workflows and business relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts and identify key decision makers.
  6. Respond to complex customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions.
  7. Record customer information and activities in the company's CRM system.
  8. Provide education support on product usage and customer training.
