We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance and Tooling Specialist to join our team at our Plenmeller site in the UK. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Work with the engineering department to develop and implement maintenance schedules
  • Perform precision machining tasks for production, engineers, and technicians
  • Assist with plant and machinery breakdowns, liaise with production, and record actions
  • Carry out risk assessments and audits throughout the factory

Requirements:

  • Experience in mechanical maintenance and tooling
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
